Our Story

As Founder & CEO of Oceans Arena, Gina works with leaders, founders and organisations navigating change, complexity and transformation. Drawing on more than 15 years of experience across the corporate, public and non-profit sectors, she has developed a powerful leadership philosophy: the greatest impact begins when we stop shrinking who we are and start leading from within.
Her career has taken her from senior roles within global organisations to working with institutions including the United Nations International Maritime Organization, the Office of the Greek Prime Minister’s Special Envoy for the Ocean, government ministries and leading international businesses.
